1. Say good bye to fast food

2. Consume more water

3. Eat fruits instead of juice

You should have your meals at your home rather then having food outside as what you will have outside will definitely have more calories then the food that you will have at home. Even food that you will have at home would be more healthy then the outside food.

8. Get involve in Sports

If you give time to sports then your body gets proper physical workout and that is complete exercise that helps in maintaining weight and even acts as burnout for calories. With entertainment it is also a good way to remain fit.

9. Give 20 minutes to yoga everyday

10. Take protein 1 gm for every 1 kg according to your weight

12. Don't sit on one place for hours 

Sitting on one place for long hours is the major reason for increase in extra weight. Try to lake a short walk at least after every two hours and remain active.

13. Avoid eating in group

You should avoid eating in group in one case study it was found that in group we eat 20-30% extra then our normal diet and this is direct rise in calories. This happens because in groups we forgot that we are trying to reduce weight and just enjoy eating between friends.

14. Do not sleep more then 8 hours

In a research it was found that people who sleep more then 8 hours a day gain weight 30% more fast then the others and even become more lazy. So you should not sleep more then 8 hours a day.

15. Regularly check your weight

you should regularly check your weight as it is very important to know whether you are decreasing your weight or you are gaining it. If you regularly check and even if there is minute decrease periodically this will increase your confidence level.
